You need to use the web interface. Since this is a DMZ, what does SmartView
Tracker show?
Are you running through a proxy server? If so, it may not allow SSL on
non-standard ports. For example, ISA 2004 does not. You have to make some
manual adjustments for it to do so.
On a similar thread, there are some SmartDefense settings (depending on your
enforcement module) that will block SSL on non-standard ports. You might
want to check the SmartDefense log as well.
The odd part is it used to work. Can you put a laptop on the same DMZ
segment and see if you can access it directly?

Thanks for your reply.
Trying to access administration interface (after first time configuration).
I tried to access with IE6, IE7 & Firefox 2 browsers but nothing worked for
me. also, i didnt limit the admin access to specific IP addresses.
Please advise if i can use the console for configuring or enable my
application servers on internet.

Hi Syed,
When you talk about "access", are you talking about the administration
interface on port 4433 or actually trying to access it as an end user
would?
IE 7 will not work for the administration portal. Firefox 2 mostly works.
IE
6 always works for the administration portal.
IE 7 does work for the end users, however the "minimize to tray" feature of
the SSL Network Extender no longer works. It just minimizes to the task
bar.
Did you limit admin access to certain IP addresses?
