Dear ALL,

We are using Check Point firewall gateway NGX R62 alongwith its VPN module,
there are about 950+ users.

I have divided my network into 4 network zones, namely DMZ, External,
Internal & VPN, all of them can establish connections with firewall but
this evening my firewall abruptly stopped making connection or pinging to
any of the above mentioned zone, while i can ping from firewall to any of
the host resided in
these zones.

however, when i stop FW services everything becomes normal and start
pinging firewall from all 4 network zones, please note ping is allowed.

Appreciate if anyone can advise the solution of this problem or passed thru
the same kind of problem.

Thanks / Regards,

Syed Abdul Hameed
