I have seen this in cases where people have installed the wrong IPSO
package. We had an engineer installing the diskless packages on all
Nokia's but those do not allow one to install HFA's.
To remedy the issue you have to export the config if it is a standalone
firewall. Remove the incorrect version and install the Nokia version using
the wrapper.
Then import the config again for a standalone unit or just reconfigure and
reset the SIC on the SmartCenter.
But make sure you use the right software version for the right
installation or you get burned again.
Been there, done that, fixed one. Let the guilty engineer fix all the
other ones.
And if these short instructions are not enough for you I recommend you
hire someone who does know Nokia based firewalls instead of trying to do
this yourself.
