I have a resoultion of setting this uo and it does not mention the need to
define vpn tunnels i CLuster voyager as well as NGX for non=checkpoint
gateways, but in the nokia documentation it does?

I think you want to read the Check Point VPN manual to see what the two
different VPN types will do. And which one will fit your organisation.

After reading that you may see also understand what these option will do
in IPSO.
