Have you tried the manual? It will tell you how to activate snmpd on your
machine.Then you can use all of the common host MIB details and then some
more as one can gain from any Linux system with snmpd active.
Just runs snmpwalk once against the machines once you have set it up and
opened snmp in the rules.
