Hello, The scenario is the following: SmartCenter (R60 HFA04) on Windows 2003 server also running Eventia Reporter on the same machine.
Everything worked fine reporting wise, for several months but now when my customer gets into the Eventia Reporter GUI to generate a report, the pane where the predefined reports are usually shown under Reports> Definitions, is completely blank and the Consolidation session that used to be under Management>Sessions was gone. No predefined reports are shown either on the Express tab. I created a new Consolidation session and it started to process the logs, but still the predefined reports are missing. Last year I had a similar issue with another customer and I end up removing and reinstalling the Eventia Reporter to get the issue resolved, but to be honest I would rather go for a softer solution if anybody can help me with that. BTW, this is not a SmartConsole issue, as starting it in demo mode does show the predefined reports.
