Your talking about actually running the management on the Nokia?

I would not do it that way, I would put the management on a server and allow
it to manage the firewalls that way.

I know there use to be a lot of issues with VPN tunnels and Client vpn
access if you were hitting the firewall that did not have the management on
it.

I have not tried this setup since version 4.0, I know there was a lot of
issues back then.
