Nokia IPSO 4.1 + Checkpoint NGX R62 : high memory consumption problem

The memory consumption on our 2 new Nokia IP 560 seem rather high (about
75% used, and they do nothing for now, just in test mode) , according to
Voyager web interface and vmstat command :
here are those figures (RAM = 1GB on each Nokia)

via Voyager
on the 1st Nokia (NGX R62) : total real memory 1143696 / active real
memory 741160 / Free memory 402536
on the 2nd Nokia (NGX R62) : total real memory 1225072 / active real
memory 831620 / Free memory 393452

via vmstat
FW01N[admin]# vmstat
 procs memory page faults cpu
r b w avm fre flt re pi po fr sr w0 in sy cs us sy id

FW02N[admin]# vmstat
 procs memory page faults cpu
r b w avm fre flt re pi po fr sr w0 in sy cs us sy id
 0 0 0 496824 396476 19 0 0 4 16 0 0 1156 1956 24 0 1 99

Sometimes, I got the following messaes when installing a Policy on the
IP560 :
Installation Targets Version Policy Type Details
CLUSTER-FWN NGX R62 Desktop Security
Installation failed. Reason: Memory allocation problem in Policy
installation function. ( message of member FW01N )

After rebooting them, the messages disappear, but the memory consumption
is still as high as before

on 2 older Nokia IP720 (IPSO 3.8 + CheckPoint NG R55 , with only 512MB
RAM), figures are much better (20% used) (and they are in production mode)
on 1st Nokia IP720 (NG R55) : total real memory 524288 / active real
memory 102997 / Free memory 421291
on 1st Nokia IP720 (NG R55) : total real memory 524288 / active real
memory 94686 / Free rmemory 429602

Any idea to explain such memory consumption ?

thanks in advance
