take a look at - Global Properties - Remote Access
there you find an option "Topology Update"
update topology every xxx hours. default is one week.

Generally, network topology of your gateways does not change often
enough to require your clients to keep updating all the time.

I believe there is a way to configure clients to pull policy on some
regular basis, but there is no feature that I know of to cause clients
to notice a new topology change whenever they connect.
