SecureClient causes overload on process 'AirPort' in Mac OS X 10.4.8

I'll save you the trouble: It's claimed to be an Apple problem.

Although I cannot find it right now, I'm pretty sure I saw a recent SK
article on this that said the problem was caused by not having a
SecureClient for the Mac license installed. The Windows license won't
work.
Do you have the Mac license?
