I have a somewhat similar like yours with NGx R61 and NGx R65. When I performed "cpstop;cpstart" on the enforcement, my static NAT stops working for no reason. The only fix is to reboot the SPLAT enforcement modules. I HAVE NO SUCH ISSUES WITH NG AI R55 AND HFA_20.
Apparently, NGx is not as stable as I thought it would be.
