hello, maybe a wrong default gw or static arp entry on one of the systems?

I have 4 FW's and a Mgmt Server all running NGX R60 HFA_05 three of the FW units respond to ping and SSH connections but one of them will not from one workstation only. I do not have a problem attaching to the Mgmt unit and pushing policies to the problem unit. I just cannot contact it via ping or SSH and when on the FW via another machine I cannot contact the one workstation. One of the units I can connect to sits on the same subnet as the problem unit. I have looked at all my routing, ensured there is no active local FW that might be blocking this one machine.
