Hi,

We have just added a new separate network accessible via the wan router with
address 10.77.6.0/24. In our head office where the firewall is located our
local lan is 172.16.4.0/24. We can access all wan networks.

On the 10.77.6.0/24 network, there's a samsung pabx (idcs 100). I've created 2
host nodes to represent both the processor and the voice. I've assigned each
with a 10.77.6.x address and assigned it on the firewall with a public address
(pa.xx.yy.zz) and hidden/natted statically behind this address.

I've setup the samsung phone (5021d) server ip to point to the public address
(pa.xx.yy.zz). I've allowed the tcp and udp ports it requires (tcp 6000, 9000,
30000-30030, udp 6000 and 30000-30032).

When the phone tries to connect, the firewall (splat R55) immediately drops the
packet (the drop rule - which is the last rule). This means that the rule I've
set is not being processed or not being used at all. Even if I set the rule to
accept any any, it still immediately goes to the drop rule. No other info are
generated.

Any ideas anyone?
