At the new job I haven't had that issue at all. Juniper provides a file that you 
import to add new AV and firewall vendor & product support. No upgrade needed.


Although we are a CP distributor, none of our customers bought Connectra due to limited support for applications, expensive pricing, limitied browser support (like the initial config for R62CM only works in IE6 and not in Firefox 2 or IE7) and other small stuff that put together will annoy the s**t out of you.
