Hi all
When I push the policy I see a very high utilisation on gateways around
95 %. It calms down after 3 -4 minutes but in this time the gateway
drops some site to site vpn tunnels. Is there any way to assign low cpu
queues to Policy installation on ip platforms. If someone have any
other ideas, I will appreciate help.

can you check if you rematch the session at policy install ?
gateway -> edit -> advanced -> connection persistency
