probably you should use

. /opt/CPshrd-R65/tmp/.CPprofile.sh
or
source /opt/CPshrd-R65/tmp/.CPprofile.csh

depends on what shell you use.
And don't forget the environment, which is quite rudimentary set when running 
from cron (e.g. PATH=/bin:/usr/bin)
