We have been using a pair of Edge to provide 3DES VPN for a remote office
with more than 20 IP phones. There are 4*2Mbps IPLC as the WAN link. When
the traffic is not high, everything is running normally. After adding few
more IP phones into the office, voice and data also encountered slowness.
However, the real network bandwidth occupied during the incident period was
less than 3Mbps. 

We have been working with CP to find out how to monitor the CPU utilization
of the Edge boxes. They provided a script but it did not work. Anyone come
across similar problems? Any recommendations?
