CP already got an automated script for that. It's called backup. Original name I know.
It can be used from either CLI or WebUI. Syntax on CLI is: backup -e on <hh:mm> -w 1234567 -s <SCP IP> <user> <pass> - path <Path> <FileName> -e is schedule -w is day of week -s is scp server Path is the path on the root folder of the user for example: home/user1/test12, the path will be test12 If you just want to take backup on local machine the -s can be dropped ofcourse.
