Hello, Today I tried to integrate Connectra SW (R62) with a Microsoft AD, but I was unable to finish with the configuration of the Account Unit.
I gave it a name and selected Microsoft AD as the LDAP type, added the server IP and got to the point where you must provide a login DN, for which my customer provided a user with admin permissions he is currently using with another application that also requires integration with AD for authentication (a good know user), then it asks to select a branch or enter a new one, which we did because there were non defined yet, but when I hit the button to "fetch the branches and save", it fails with an error that says it failed to fetch the branches. We checked the Connectra R62 Admin Guide, but it just says "add the login DN" and "enter the branch", but does not says anything about the correct syntax, my customer got the syntax using Softerra LDAP Browser, but we tried in several ways, always using copy/paste to avoid typos and reentered the login password mutiple times with no success. Has anybody else had this issue before? Can someone help me with some info about the right way of entering those two values?
