I have just built a nokia vrrp cluster running r61 hfa002.? Do I need to put
any extra licenses for secure remote remote access clients or secure remote
doesn't need extar licenses.

securemote/secureclient requires a specific licence.
the smartupdate will give you the detail of the licences you have. (or
cplic print).
you can check in the cp.macro files if the feature string is not clear
or smartupdate
doesn't give you enough details.
