Hi, I'm not completely conversant with your particular situation but as a general hint you could do the following.
Ensure the vpn product box is selected under Checkpoint Products, on the General Properties screen, for each of the enforcement points that you want to be included in the encryption domain. Then from the Policy Tab, in SmartDashboard, select the Convert To option and follow the instructions. Have a good day.
