Barring any details I have to guess your setup. If Check Point runs on the same server as the webserver then your test just confirms what common logic could have told you. You have two task on one system that need to compete over resources. Wether or not you have configured Check Point properly for such a setup is something that is left untold. So perhaps you justloaded it with option in martDefene that are useless in your scenario.
