I used Asus Motherboard, Logic and adaptec Scsi adapter with SPLAT 2.6.

What kind of hardware and which version of SPLAT? I just installed SPLAT R65
(2.4 kernel) on a Dell 2950 with their Perc/5i controller in a RAID 1 with a
hot spare configuration.
SPLAT R65 with the 2.6 kernel is now out and it's certified with the newer
Dell 2950's with the Perc/6i controller.

I tryied a lot of hardware solution. But SPLAT was unable to boot from
Hardware RAID Configuration.
I tryied a lot of SATA RAID Controller,SCSI Controller. SPLAT never
booted...

Agreed, but for what a firewall costs you and for what a failure can cost
your company you should use hardware RAID.
