I rebooted my router. This is what fixed it for me. -----Original Message----- From: Mailing list for discussion of Firewall-1 [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Scott Sent: Thursday, April 03, 2008 8:31 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [FW-1] SYN packet in reversed direction log entry
I am running some performance test to determine the capacity of a server config I am wanting to standardize on. I keep dropping packets with the log entry of "TCP packet out of date: SYN packet in reversed direction". I have increased the hash table and turned off stateful inspection, but still can't figure out what is causing the drops. Any hints/pointers are appreciated. -Scott Scanned by Check Point Total Security Gateway. ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] ================================================= Scanned by Check Point Total Security Gateway. ================================================= To set vacation, Out-Of-Office, or away messages, send an email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] in the BODY of the email add: set fw-1-mailinglist nomail ================================================= To unsubscribe from this mailing list, please see the instructions at http://www.checkpoint.com/services/mailing.html ================================================= If you have any questions on how to change your subscription options, email [EMAIL PROTECTED] =================================================
