Hello, I have this customer who has everything running SPLAT R62 (multiple gateways and a SmartCenter also running Eventia Reporter), recently he noticed a message saying there was no active consolidation session on the Reporter, so he tried to start the current one and it kept aborting, so he removed it and tried to initiate a new one, but an error message is coming back and the new session does not start either. The error says:
Error: failed to to get password for connection RT_Database, reason: Connection failed: Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/opt/CPrt-R62/svr/Database/mysql.sock' (111) I looked for that on the documentation and the SecureKnowledge with no luck, has anybody seen it before? Any help will be very appreciated.
