Hi,
On the gateways do this:
- Create a IPv6 startup scriptS11ipv6
vi /etc/rc3.d/S11ipv6
and put this in the file:
#!/bin/sh
modprobe ipv6
/sbin/ifconfig eth0 inet6 add <IPv6-Address>/<Prefix-Length>
/sbin/route -A inet6 add ::/0 gw <IPv6-Gateway-Address>
Note: One "ifconfig" line is required for each IPv6 interface
Note: The last line specifies the default gateway for IPv6
- Add execution permissions to the start-up script:
chmod 777 /etc/rc3.d/S11ipv6
- Run the S11ipv6 file.
/etc/rc3.d/S11ipv6
- Enable IPv6 by running the command
$FWDIR/scripts/fwipv6_enable on
- reboot.
Best regards,
Pedro Simoes

Subject: Re: [FW-1] IPv6Pack for R65...
Hi Guys,
I have tried to run this command on my SecurePlatform machines and I get
the
message:
Firewall-1: No IPv6 configuration detected. IPv6 support is not
installed.
So, I guess this means that probably I should install the IPv6Pack?
(Does
anyone know what the IPv6Pack-Addons does?)
Regards
Chris
