Hi Joseph, perhaps you can use the Free Kiwi Syslog Daemon, there you can define a Action to forward syslogs to a destination host, but I never tried to load a syslog file an resend it. Let me know your result ;-)

My question is, is there an application that can read those old syslogs and then resend them to EA for analyzation?
