This objects_updates.C is related to SmartDefense and this is what I did:
deleted the VNC_PROTO. Here are the steps:

1. Backup your objects_5_0.C file in your SmartCenter's $FWDIR/conf
2. log in to SmartCenter using C:\Program
Files\CheckPoint\SmartConsole\R65\PROGRAM/GuiDBedit.exe
3. 'Search>find>VNC_PROTO
4. right click and delete
5. Launch your SmartConsole successfully.
