It is working well now. Except when I try the browser secure connection, I
received the following error message.

Secure Connection Failed

x.x.x.x uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is not
trusted.

(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)

which HFA do you have on your hosts ?
can you try to regenerate your cert this way :
# cd $CPDIR/conf
# cp sic_cert.p12 sic_cert.p12old
# cpca_client revoke_cert -n "CN=cp_mgmt"
# cpca_client create_cert -n "CN=cp_mgmt" -f sic_cert.p12
# reboot server
Connect to the SmartCenter server with GUI

if it works, you should then try to renew the certificates for your VPN 
users.
