Hi, I had a similar issue when I upgraded from R62 to R65 last week. Several of our rules use SMTP security resource and when we upgraded the mail accumulated in the spooler and never dequeued. With Check Point we determined that the problem is with the mdq initialization where if the first rule was not a rule with SMTP resource no other rules below will get processed. I created a dumb SMTP resource rule as a rule #1 then pushed the policy and the mail started to dequeue. Check Point has no hotfix so this is my workaround for now.
