Hello, On your firewall module (that would be your Nokia appliance) go into CLI and in the "cpconfig" menu, look there for the "Secure Internal Communication" option and use it to reset the SIC and change the Activation Key (which at the end could be the very same it has used so far). Then go to the Smart Dashboard and open the properties of the object that represents the Nokia box, go to the "communication" button and choose to initialize (reset) the comunication with the appliance, enter the Activation Key exactly as you did on the CLI of the appliance and it should re-establish comunication.
