Here's what the release note says:

"Security Management Server and Provider-1 are supported with Solaris
running on UltraSPARC
64-bit platforms. R70 Security Gateways are not supported on Solaris."
This also applies to RedHat Linux 5, neither supported for gateways from
now on.
