When the system running SecureClient is connected to a local network whose IP numbering matches a network contained in the downloaded topology, the client will assume that it is already connected directly to the target network, and it will do nothing (unless you enable Visitor Mode). Since most home networks use numbering of 192.168.1.0/24 these days, if you have such a network within your topology, SecureClient will do nothing for many of your users.
