64 bit systems are not supported. I know a Cisco or Netscreen VPN client can not coexist either with Check Point.
In the end you will need to move to end-point security client as that is the only client that will get be supported with Windows 7 or Vista 64 bit.
It is in effect the end of a free VPN client for Check Point. (But we all know that in the end they must please their shareholders and not their customers. ;-)
