Hello,
Last time we've experience a similar issue like this, we had to run the "fwm
sic_reset" on the Secondary SmartCenter which indicated the error "<<server
name>> - Failed to initialize Internal CA" (more info on Checkpoint KB sk14526).
On that case we had SC Primary/Standby on R70.20 SPLAT.
