If you are using Windows 7, it may the TCP Auto-tuning feature causing
the issue.

To disable you can run the following

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

To re-enable

netsh interface tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal

Endpoint Security

Seems like this is a Windows 7 issue because I tried it on XP also and
it worked correctly there.

Subject: [FW-1] Not getting DNS servers and DNS suffixes with Endpoint
Security

Hi,

I'm testing Endpoint Security now with the new Connect klient because
our SecureClient solution is a bit outdated.

I have some problems with office mode. I get office mode address ok and
I can also connect to the encryption domain, but for some reason I don't
get any DNS servers and DNS suffixes on the adaptor.

I get office mode from a DHCP server and I know the scoop is correctly
defined. I've also tried getting it from an office pool and have the DNS
servers and suffix configured on the gateway, but still the same
problem.

   Connection-specific DNS Suffix  . :
   Description . . . . . . . . . . . : Check Point Virtual Network
Adapter For Endpoint VPN Client
   Physical Address. . . . . . . . . : 54-9F-16-33-06-0F
   DHCP Enabled. . . . . . . . . . . : No
   Autoconfiguration Enabled . . . . : Yes
   Link-local IPv6 Address . . . . . :
fe80::dd25:c725:ae1b:dc80%21(Preferred)
   IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.58.3(Preferred)
   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.254.0
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :
   DHCPv6 IAID . . . . . . . . . . . : 424976150
   DHCPv6 Client DUID. . . . . . . . :
00-01-00-01-13-20-92-D4-00-24-81-B0-78-2A
   DNS Servers . . . . . . . . . . . : fec0:0:0:ffff::1%1

fec0:0:0:ffff::2%1

fec0:0:0:ffff::3%1
   NetBIOS over Tcpip. . . . . . . . : Enabled

According to my configuration I should have 1 DNS suffix and 2 DNS
Servers here.

Anyone seen this before?

Regards,
Torkel
