Hi I have installed a R70 SPLAT on an open server, made nearly none configuration and then tried to use the configuration file from an production R70 SPLAT with upgrade_import. upgrade_import started , but it ended with an error saying "Error: 'Failed to read the configuration info of the production machine'". There is a releated knowledgebase article at Checkpoint site (Solution ID: sk34391) https://supportcenter.checkpoint.com/supportcenter/portal?eventSubmit_doGoviewsolutiondetails=&solutionid=sk34391but i cant access it. So do you have any idea why i get this error and how to fix it?
