Apparently I had to remove the old certificate, once I did that the VPN came up
using the new one.

Subject: [FW-1] Certificate Based vpn - Urgent

Hello,

We have a site-to-site vpn on R65 gateway with a partner. We installed a new
certificate last week as the old was due to expire this evening. The VPN went
down after the old one expired and it seems as though our Gateway is still
trying to use the old cert even though the new one is also installed. We have
it configured to accept any valid certificate signed by the CA.

Do I have to removed the old certificate?
