Thanks Hugo. First of all, I have to let you know the issue got resolved, although unfortunately I was not able to visit the customer today and it was achieved by a CP engineer in a remote session with the customer this morning. Therefore I'm still waiting to get details on how it was done.
Answering your questions, the site-to-site vpn domain is in fact the same for the Remote Access users, although I know they created a group of networks and objects to be used as VPN domain, don't really know if it includes range objects. So, what information do you have about this issue? have you experienced it before? do you know why it happens? Thanks again for your reply.
