Well, it may be unorthodox, but you could try to create a "network"
object with an unusual netmask, like:

    IP:  10.1.0.25
    Mask:  255.255.0.255

This would match anything from 10.1.0.25 to 10.1.255.25... in theory.

However, your specification is for 10.1.1.25 thru 10.1.250.25, so the
above unusual network object would match more than you have specified.

If I were doing this, I would use "dbedit" (see my prvious post on the
subject) and create the 250 host objects, then combine them all into a
group.
