Hi Ted, 

Just want to clarify: IA isn't even enabled on the gateway, does it still try 
to use the webportal?

Yes issue with the new IA/webportal stuff.

You can make it work, but it takes a bit to make sure the new portal stuff
is NOT on.

The IA will redirect via https to a portal for authentication.  It no
longer does http only redirects.
