would mean using CP
on unqualified and or uncertified hardware (from CP's viewpoint)
This means, that if your are a bank, and you are trying to hold off
Occupy from your
servers, I would not advise such a configuration, because the product
is not guaranteed
to behave the way you want it to.
In this case, CP may not be so keen to support Cisco servers, as they
may want to protect
their own hardware-line such as Nokia. A viewpoint which is probably
amplified by the fact that Cisco
sells firewall products too.
The basic message is :
'If it is not on the HCL, don't do it.
