If you are installing on VMware use the VE edition. The drivers are different
and interact with VMware differently. I have worked with clients that
installed the non-VE edition of SPLAT on VMware and had packet loss issues.
Once we switched to VE everything ran rock solid.

Subject: [FW-1] Best option: R75.20 virtual edition or R75.30?

Hi all,

I need to install three security gateways on our vSphere 5
infraestructure. To do this, previously, I have do it several tests with
both versions (R75.30 and R75.20 VE) and all goes ok in our environment.
But now I have a serious doubt, what is the best option to install under
vmware virtualization platforms: R75.30 or R75.20 VE?? R75.20 VE
corrects bugfixes from R75.20 "normal edition".

And I don't need to use brige feature present in VE.

Thanks.
