Having a utm edge giving internet connection service behind a gateway
device. The devices interfaces are 10.x.x.x which looks to the LAN and
other is 192.168.x.x which looks to the gateway. Sometimes the
internet connection from utm-edge and from the proxy behind gets lost.
When i tried to ping the gateways 192.168.y.y IP from the utmedges
interface at this times i cant. When i want my friend to check from
the gateway status it can reach the net so it seems that the gateway
and the edges connection get lost. How can i find out the problem and
fix and monitor it?
How long since the issue appeared for the first time ?
Do you have arp entries on the gateway related to the edge ?
Do you have logs on the edge when the issue happens ?
