I've just corrected the same problem by having another license from
checkpoint.

regards.

What kind of license do you have? There are some that are for the modules
only, not the GUI.

Subject: [FW1] 4.0 vs. 4.1 - no license for user interface error

I have a unusual problem, that I was wondering if you guys could help me out
on. When I install Firewall-1 4.0, the GUI client works fine. However,
when I install 4.1 and run the GUI client, it gives me a "No license for
user interface" error upon logging in. I doubled checked the license
information, and it's all been entered correctly.

These are tried by doing clean installs onto a Windows 2000 machine.

Thanks,

John
