Hi,
I'm pretty sure that you can find it from Check Point Knowledge Base.
Shortly you can upgrade it this way:
v4.0-> v4.0sp3-> v4.1-> v4.1sp3
Remember that licensing is also different on ver4.0 and ver4.1.
