Hi Adolfo,
As far as I can see you are using a Nokia box ... so no local.arp
is needed, that's only for the Windows Nt platform. What you need,
is add a proxy arp, using Voyager, and also add the routes for the
NAT'ted addresses.

Subject: [FW1] local.arp missing
I am having problems accessing my outside arp'd entries from my inside
network. I have been talking with checkpoint and they noticed that I don't
have a local.arp file in my $FWDIR/state directory. Would this be the cause
of my problems. They have checked my rules and nat rules and tell me it
should be working. My arp is set right on my OS, I am using a Nokia 330
IPSO 3.2.1, fw-1 4.1 service pack2. Any ideas anybody??
Adolfo
