I am troubleshooting that very same problem. I am asking my end user to try
opening ports 264TCP and 500UDP on their Norton Firewall and try to logging
on. (we are using SecurID w/ IKE Encryption with SecureClient 4.1 sp3 3des
build 4176) I'll keep you posted on my progress....
