I think that you should use:
route add -net 100.100.164.0 "gateway" -netmask 255.255.252.0

Hi.. May I know what is the syntax to add in route entry in solaris with
this network "100.100.164.0 255.255.252.0"
I use this command "route add -net 100.100.164.0 100.100.164.1" it will add
the entry 100.100.164.0/24 not /22 but if I use route add -net
100.100.164.0 255.255.252.0 100.100.164.1 it prompt me 255.255.252.0 is
unreacheable? How I going to add it??
