If you
are getting the message authorization failed in the install box, then it would
be because of the putkey. If you are getting a connection refused message
in the install box, that would indicate that the connection was refused at the
firewall module. This could either be because the IP address of the
management server is not in the $FWDIR/conf/masters file on the firewall or the
firewall daemon might not be running. Verify that the firewall daemon
process is running and if it is, then make sure you have put the management
servers IP address in the masters file correctly. Also
double check to make sure the IP address of the firewall is in the
$FWDIR/conf/clients file on the management server. Also make sure
the IP address in the clients file, on the general tab of the firewall object,
and in the license for the firewall are all the same IP address. It
is best to use the external IP address of the firewall for these
locations. A mismatch of these will sometimes cause problems also.
